Gerard Way’s solo track Action Cat, has been out for a few days, with extremely mixed views from fans, both loving and dismissing the former My Chemical Romance frontmans, new ‘pop’-rock style. Gerard’s new style (if we can base it upon this track) is going to be loaded with thought invoking lyrics, balanced out with simple yet joyous guitar chords and heavy riffs nailing choruses, creating passionate prog-pop-rock.
