BBC Introducing… Happyness

Formed in 2013, the South London band have already picked up some major attention from the likes of The Guardian, Stereogum and NME especially, thanks to their largely, chilled out slacker pop. Head on the heels of their debut album Weird Little Birthday’s, Happyness have already begun making new tracks, with their latest You Come To Kill Me?! being released only a couple of weeks ago, with a more ‘grunge’ feel to their slacker pop appreciation. Playing as second to Rae Morris, Happyness will be sure to load their performance with stimulating music, to both tantalise, and mellow out the crowd before the stages headliner.

  • Sounds like: Mazes, Milk Maid, Yuck
  • Extra Info: Weird Little Birthday’s came out
