LSA (Love Stays Alive) are starting to make, just a little bit of noise about themselves, especially on the back of new track, Can’t Be Trusted. As the title might suggest, there’s some dark inclinations in the theme of the video, with an attempted murder topping the tower of glasses. Anchoring the seedy feel of the video, the opening, repetitive bass note sinks deep into the back alleys of any cities punk scene, while the breakdown of guitar riffs on the tracks chorus, turn the track into a twisted Editors piece. The groove in the track pieces together a strong early 00’s influence, and leads to similarities to indie rock group Skaters, but more focused and less bratty.
