This September, the Transgressive Records team celebrate their tenth anniversary! So as a thank you to everyone, they’re releasing a new free download every day, either a rare, or never before released track from current and past Transgressive artists.

Todays track is from the astounding Marika Hackman, and her very first track, a cover of Jackson Browne’s These Days, of of Hackman’s Free Covers EP.  Hackman’s cover is elegantly soft and isolated, a clear influence from the wonderful Nico on her cover of the track is an obvious influence. A hauntingly beautiful two minutes.
