A resurgence of ready made, pop anthems is just what Wichita’s new signing Oscar brings, to a rather grey start to January.Of course we meant weather-wise, but Daffodil Days summons up the sun and fresh fragrance, of newly blooming Spring flowers. Whether it’s the joyous aah’s or the upbeat chorus, that dips in between Oscar’s baritone range; Daffodil Days is inescapably catchy. Expect this earworm to stay on repeat for the next few months, if not most of Summer.
Daffodil Days is out in March (2nd digitally), with a limited edition 7″ available to pre order from tomorrow (Wednesday 14th). The B-side for Daffodil Days is titled Caramel Brown, and is expecting a release soon.
