A familiar sound, processed with more force and guts than most California based bands dare to attempt.
Whether it’s because everyone wants to ‘make it’ in California, or that no cares enough; energetic indie music, that isn’t just bouncing rhythms is incredibly scarce in the South West. WATERS Stupid Games, may sound traditional with its radio friendly lyrics and momentary breaks, but the crashing power of the chorus, felt from the beaten drums and vocals, piece together a band that are a part of the Cali’ scene, but are making space in between the followers and those who aren’t making any noise at all.
WATERS debut LP, What’s Real, is out April 7th.
