Floridian five piece Common Man, summon up the psychedelic 70’s on their second single, Teenager
A year after their debut single, Alligator King; Common Man arrive back with their debut EP, featuring the newly released Teenager, a slab of psychedelic rock that echoes the pristine Television, showing a true resilience to the current saturation of psychedelia with lo-fi and reverb features.
With traces of The Rolling Stones, and fellow Floridian post-punk rockers, Merchandise; Common Man transfuse the nostalgic elements of classic psychedelia with the modern elements of post-indie/punk, with their cross over between crashing guitar riffs, skittering synth tones and the ever-present, modernised trumpet sections.
