Reuben Hollebon – Faces

A hollow, taunting story depicts Reuben Hollebon’s Faces in stunning quality.

Norfolk based, singer-songwriter Reuben Holledon’s career began all the way back in 2012 (one of his original demos, Skin Addict, is still up on his YouTube, taken from his debut EP, Clutch), with Faces receiving its first release in 2013. Now remastered, with its sinister accompanying video, Faces receives a new lease of life, as Hollebon’s alt-folk music combines a series of guitar hooks, and repeated motifs of bass beats and slight, minimal electronica, to echo the eerie sounds found from both Ben Howard and James Blake in their earlier work.
