The world is crumbling above, while Rendez-vous throw an onslaught of underground punk raves.
If Rendez-vous’ first two tracks from their Distance EP are anything to show for it, then you won’t want to miss out on April 28th.
Euroshima radiates completely, uncontrolled punk-rock energy across its near four minutes. Blasting heavy riffs towards the genre’s monoliths, while electronic waves (that call similarities to Polish group Alles) send a final attack to destroy any preconceived notions that punk has become generic; Euroshima packs enough of a punch to completely remove the idea that Scandinavians are the leaders of punk. While synths and guitars are no new combination to punk music, Rendez-vous’ completely chaotic performances, place them as the new marker to beat.
