Glittery indie rock, meets the high shine shimmer of chillwave/tropical pop as the London five piece reveal their second track to date. Set The Fire has an insatiable lust for Summer, as guitar riffs transform into a wickedly, tantalising blend of tropical fuelled, auditory gold, with an almost mirror image towards Wild Nothing on Nocturne.
The upbeat prevalence of Set The Fire may seem repeated to some, but Swimming Tapes comfort in their own style, after a mere two tracks, blows not only the doors off, but the entire four walls surrounding, as this London five piece are clearly showing, that they are what indie/tropical pop needs.
