If you heard The MNKD’s Elate Me, last year, you’ll know that not only will Baby Boy Blue have a keen sense of pop styling, but that Steven Michael’s delivers a stunning vocal display. Mary Goes Round secures both parts, with sub-wave wubs synchronising perfectly with the videos flashing lights, while Michael’s performs as a disorientated, drug fuelled, modern circus performer (that’s what it looks like), who’s monotone lyricism peaks towards a crashing end where his vocals are at their strongest throughout the entire track.
