Influenced by the Manchester venue Gorilla, Fil Bo Riva sways to the sound of classic indie rock on his latest effort, Go Rilla.
The Italian born, Dublin raised, Berlin native, has a supply of influences that cross over just about enough space as his national and regional identity covers. Go Rilla, was crafted back in 2016, after supporting Joan As Police Woman in Manchester’s Gorilla music venue. Influenced largely by a poster of the venue, the effortless charm of breezy indie rock is showcased throughout Go Rilla, with gentle nods to the venue that would wrap a smile across most Mancunian faces. Continuing on with his brand of pop influenced indie rock, the Italian born artists shows the world again how he can turn something as simple as a poster into an indie delight.
