Premiering here on Velvet, London four piece Burly Head have unleashed a dreamy, electro-pop sizzler titled ‘Lock and Key’.
Beginning as a long lost Pet Shop Boys track, ‘Lock and Key’ transfuses from a swirly haze of synth-pop into pulsating indie-tronica in a mere moments notice, rolling ahead on a giant wave of classic tropical pop, the sought that Yeasayer or Animal Collective would happily take claim to. Building continuously like an unstoppable monster, ‘Lock and Key’ covers a multitude of genres, all clashing together for a danceworthy, anthemic pop belter that even for an established band would be considered quite a feat.
