Berlin duo Lea Porcelain announce news of their sophomore LP with the release of their new single ‘Ohio’.
It feels like only a moment ago that Lea Porcelain’s debut “Hymns To The Night” came out, thanks to a steady stream of singles over the past four years. Now, the Berlin-based duo is readying “CHOIRS TO HEAVEN” to be shared with the world, sharing their gripping lead single ‘Ohio’. The signature buzz of reverb and looping synths from Markus Nikolaus is everpresent on ‘Ohio’, although now sounding grittier and closer to grunge than ever before. As Julien Bracht delivers his monotonic vocals over the track, ‘Ohio’ repeatedly bursts into soaring crescendos of shimmering synths, for yet another stellar display of the duo’s contemporary, post-punk sound.
Lea Porcelains sophomore album “CHOIRS TO HEAVEN” is due May 21st.
