Jany Green throws it back to the early 2000s with his newest track, ‘Lost In Love’.
Having lost track of Jany Green after his single ‘Call My Parents’ last year, it’s always a delight to see that in between they’ve thrived with other releases. Following the success of his singles ‘Little’, ‘Suffocate’ and ‘Move’, the Alaskan artist who now resides in LA, drops his take on a motivational anthem. ‘Lost In Love’ jumps between genres rapidly, melding hip-rock together with R’n’B and indie-pop summoning the energy of N.E.R.D or Outkast, together with more recent acts like PARIS TEXAS or Joel Culpepper. It’s a rapid-fire shot of exuberant hip-hop that is impossible not to enjoy, which Green explains is: “made to motivate you to do what you love, and feel how you want”.
